Individual Reiki sessions
Individual sessions are $100 and focus on a comprehensive energetic reset. Each appointment is approximately 60 minutes and includes:
Identifying and removing energetic blockages through aura and chakra clearing.
Element energy balancing by aligning internal energy systems (meridians) to improve overall vitality.

Group sound bath sessions
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in resonant and ambient frequencies emitted from crystal singing bowls.
Sound bath sessions are performed onsite for groups of 4-12 people and are 1 hour which consists of:
A brief guided meditation and sound wave panel tones.
45 minutes of crystal chakra singing bowls.
Remainder of time to relax and integrate.
